Looking for more awesome patterns online? I wanted to highlight the work of some other awesome bloggers:
BitterSweet offers a handful of adorable crochet (and knit and sewing!) patterns. I’d highly suggest her Birds of a Feather pattern if you want to start getting into Amigurumi. That was my first pattern/project and it was really easy to understand! It’ll also be featured in the 2010 Crochet A Day calendar – how exciting!
I’ll talk more about Crochet Mania in my next post about learning the basics, but it’s also a good resource for patterns – though I find it slightly difficult to navigate and search through.
Crochet at Craft Gossip is one of my favorite blogs, and highlights some free patterns every once in a while. This is just a great blog for tips and ideas in general.
CreativeYarn has some very elegant crochet and knit patterns. I especially love the white flower necklace.
Some of my first crocheted endeavors were little flowers from the patterns here and here from Applehead.
Free Amigurumi compiles some of the best amigurumi patterns out there.
